She has a strong interest in multiple areas of modeling, with her primary focus being fashion, editorial, beauty, commercial, and runway work. While she embraces a mostly alternative look and style, she is also versatile enough to present a natural, barefaced aesthetic suitable for beauty and lifestyle brands. She is passionate about pushing boundaries through fashion and artistic expression, which she sees as a major part of her creative identity. At the same time, she enjoys and connects with a wide range of products and industries, including coffee, fitness gear, supplements, haircare, and beauty products.

Her greatest strength lies in her versatility and multidimensional background. Raised on a farm, she is familiar with blue-collar lifestyles, workwear, and hands-on labor, while also having experience in aviation and flying airplanes. Alongside her passion for beauty, fashion, and styling, she is equally comfortable operating tools and machinery such as chainsaws and scissor lifts. She has traveled internationally and throughout much of the United States, spending significant time in rural environments, farms, and fields. Because of these experiences, she feels capable of authentically representing many different types of women. She believes many women today lead multifaceted lives, balancing beauty, creativity, hard work, and individuality, and she wants to represent them through her modeling career.

She believes Red Print Magazine stands for authentic representation and real faces. While many agencies and publications maintain highly exclusive standards for models, she values the importance of showcasing real people who reflect everyday individuals. She recognizes that most people do not fit the traditional modeling mold and believes they deserve visibility and representation within the industry as well.

Within the next one to two years, she hopes to become the face of merchandise campaigns for musicians and alternative brands while also securing paid opportunities for her time and travel. She aspires to work with alternative fashion companies, beauty brands, and workwear brands that align with her diverse image and personality. Through “Making of a Model,” she hopes to gain valuable industry knowledge, meaningful connections, and increased exposure. She understands how challenging it can be to grow an audience and build recognition, and she is hopeful that Red Print Magazine can help elevate her platform and create opportunities for discovery.

My name is Damaray Stobbs. I was born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. From an early age, I had an artistic and creative vision. From drawings to poetry and creative writing, music and dance classes.   I always used art to express myself and the things I loved in life.  My main goal growing up was to build a community through my life of art and fashion. As a fashion model in Ottawa, I wanted to bring together a community of like-minded individuals who could support each other, build on creative ideas, and lay a foundation for the next generation of young entrepreneurs. Through my clothes, I could express my style, my thoughts and ideas, my passion, and most importantly, my vision. My goal with Red Print is to inspire and help the unheard voices and the unseen faces.  This is Red Print. This is Change.
